Losing weight isn't so easy in the 30's!!
I'm an upbeat 31 year old, but probably act closer to 22. My weight has always been up and down my whole life. I've never been extremely heavy, just a little "fluffy." It seems like I'm never happy with my weight and I would like to change that! Most of all I would like to wear a bikini this summer!!

My main goal is to be able to wear a bikini at the end of the summer without being embarrassed! I just turned 31 and there is no time like the present to start trying! I also need to start eating better on a daily basis!
