Back to Life
In 2012, I lost 17.5lbs in the first half of the year, and then gained it back in the second half. I was not happy in my job or personal life, and my emotional eating came back. It's Feb 25th 2013, and I need to take control of my body again. I'm looking for a job and I need to use this time to exercise and feel good, not get depressed and catch up on TV shows!!

My Goals:
I want to reach my ideal weight (i.e. the weight I remember feeling the most comfortable at), wear my size 6 shorts (may they be LOOSE) and top it off by going kayaking this summer.
My Program:
Walk as much as possible and eat as many healthy choices as I can - each day!
