Moving Forward

I am attempting to complete my dissertation and have gained back about half the weight I lost about 2 years ago while on internship. I am looking to get back to that weight and hopefully even lower. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) which makes it more difficult to lose weight and very easy to put it on. Just glad that I have never been back at 250 lbs I was when I was first diagnosed. Looking for inspiration and a way to track my food (do way better when I am).
