Hello. I started tracking my foods about a month ago and found that my calories weren't enough on the weekends. So, I know that dillema!!
My best advice is to leave up your food tracker and make yourself aware of what you are eating and how much time you have in between foods. I am training myself to eat little parts of a whole meal spread out over the course of the day, because I find it very difficult to eat enough calories, good calories, in one sitting. Once you train yourself to do this, you should be able to recognize the need to eat something and also make the better food choices.
I hope that this advice helps you. So far, it is working for me and I have tosay that I feel a little better knowing someone else who is having that same difficulty. Let me know how you do with this if you try it.
