My Goals:
I would like to get back to my elusive "dream weight" of about 130-135 lbs by my 25th birthday, which is in November. I feel it's important to start a new quarter century with a new vision of myself.

My Program:
While I know that both nutritional changes and a workout plan are important to reach my goal, I want to focus first on getting up and Moving! I really do love going to the gym, and I love how I feel after working out, so I am going to let that be the foundation for the first part of my program.
