Overall Goal: Get to 150 pounds (healthy weight range)

My Program:
I started a Weight Watchers At Work group on 8/2/2006.

I've been doing the Core Plan, and I LOVE it.

On 12/4, I started going back to the gym. Slowly getting into yoga, weights, elliptical, and step aerobics.

Personal Information:
I'm 38, divorced, and living in Pittsburgh.

I work as a Web Producer, and have 4 (yes, four) cats.

Hi. Read your blog a little bit. I just joined Weight Watchers too however for my first week, I'm doing Flex. I need the group thing along with the accountability of that weekly weigh-in. I thought about which plan to start however because I'm a compulsive eater, portions are an issue for me and I thought doing core might just be giving myself a license to overeat anyway.
I know you must be starting to look good if you're beyond that 10% mark. Hope you have a terrific leader in your group. The leaders are so important.
