Getting healthy at any age!
Ok, I just turned 74 and I am over 90 pounds overweight, I have always said that I am fat and happy, but this is so untrue. I am not happy with this extra weight. I hate the clothes that I have to wear. I do not like using an extenden on an airplane. I feel like a butterball turkey, stuffed ready to be carved.

Hi! I live in So Calif. The weather is so nice now. I just put in my tomato and pepper plants. Love working in the yard. I love to read Been in a book club for over 8 years. We read a large range of books. I have 3 cats, 1 son and 2 daughters, My youngest is 53 yrs. 2 grandsons.
