Thanks for volunteering to help me stay accountable!! Yesterday I stayed in my calorie range and got in a great workout in the morning with PUMP class (I'm facing serious DOMS today from all the lunges & squats-- OW OW!!). Today I dragged my butt up to pound out 4.27 miles before 6:00 a.m. and then had a yummy greek yogurt & berry parfait for breakfast.

Tomorrow is PUMP class again at 5:35 a.m.

How is YOUR week going??? What goals do you want me to help you stick to this week?? How's the "no-wining" going this week???

hey u....hows it going? im not sparking much and getting my share of crappy days but not letting that stop me from doing the healthy thang..i think it might be the only sane thing in my life these days...either way i will survive and come out stronger, better and hopefully wiser....if not...all sh** is going to hit the fan and then the ceiling...lol...kidding....MAYBE NOT...lol
