Now Is The Time For Change and Dedication

Hello- I am changing my daily habits to include exercise, fewer calories, and a positive mindset. I've spent the last year+ not exercising regularly and beating myself up about it- ending up in a self-fulfilling prophecy cycle of negativity and sloth. The weight that I gained made me feel like a failure, and I felt uncomfortable in my clothing and just in my skin.
