Joie de vivre of all things lovely.

I'm so happy with everything in my life and very, very lucky, I'm in the perfect place to become healthy and toned. I have just started running and it's addictive! I used to play tennis and have started that again and am also doing yoga.

I'm using a not so far away date (18th October, the date of a super birthday surprise for my lovely bf!) to get excited about achieving my goals!


1/9/13: UPDATE - Have reached my goal of running 1.78 x 2 weekly and upping it ...

My Program:
Tennis x 2 weekly
Yoga x 1 weekly
Running 1.78 miles x 2 weekly, hopefully up to 2 miles without stopping!
No fizzy drinks unless out on weekend.
Cut down on chocolate, noooo!
Drink way more water and take my make up off every night!!
