Hello!

It looks like I might actually do it this time! . I started
at 262. I hope to be 120, since that's a healthy weight to be for me according to my BMI chart. I'm 5'4"
I'm a compulsive eater. Logging my calories on Sparkpeople is the only thing I've ever found that helps me control myself.
I think I'll likely be doing this for the rest of my life.

I'm interested in cooking, health, news and politics.

I've lost about 118 pounds so far.

I started out at 262, and am hoping to get down to 120.

My Program:
I'm trying to eat at the low end of my calorie range every day. That way, if I slip up a bit, chances are I'll still be in my range.
