My favorite D&D character so far, Pirogoeth. She's based off of the Megatokyo character.

My 2008 Halloween costume. I went as a sexy Catholic school girl.

This is back in June of 2008. I'm on the left. I think it's the closest thing I have to a "before" picture. I'm with my Grandmother and sister. I've still got that outfit and look soo much better in it now.

I have 3 pics in my gallery

Since then I've slowly started eating more sugars and junk food. I've recently got myself back on the no-sugar-bandwagon, but I realize that I need more help to get myself in the shape I really want.

I have to set body weight goal or a time-frame. I simply want to look better and feel better about myself. My husband is wonderful and supportive and says I don't need to lose an ounce. But ultimately I'm the one who needs to be happy with my body.

Thanks for commenting about your favorite saints. They are 4 of my favorites as well, St. Francis, St. Clare, St. Paul, and I just love Blessed Kateri Tekawitha. My students portray saints important to them for All Saints' Day and I always have a Kateri Tekawitha. That is so neat that you've been to her "shrine" or memorial.

I was very pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed the movie.

I had heard it was all about the original series. Now, while I respect and enjoy the original series, it was never my favourite show. I also heard it had Captain Pike in it, and I have never even seen the original pilot episode with him in it!

I decided to take my father, though, as he is such a huge fan, especially of the original series. I am so glad I went. I recognized the alternate story-lines right away, but as they set them up in a good way, there was a reason for them, I didn't mind. Also, I realized that it was a brilliant move on the producers part to have a way to provide an alternate story-line to ensure they can make more movies that may not 'gel' with the actual series.

If you totally prefer the original story-lines, though, it may bother you.

Those are my favourite 'versions' of ST as well. I, too, never got much into DS9 or Enterprise.

Have you seen the new movie? If so, what did you think? I really enjoyed it.
