My Goals:
I am trying to be in good shape. My goal is to lose 20 pounds, but more than that, my goal is to be able to keep up with my very active husband! We plan on starting a family soon, and at 33 that's a somewhat late start. I want to be able to be around, happily and healthfully, for my future family.

My Program:
I am tracking nutrition, trying to eat whole foods, training for runs, and taking taekwondo and pilates.
