New purpose, new goals, NEW ME!!!!
I'm a 25 year old mommy of an awesome 4 year old named Jakob! I work from home while going to school full time working towards my ultimate goal of becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife!
I was doing great with SP 2 years ago....lost 23 pounds and then got food poisoning with the first fast food meal I had eaten in a couple of months. That'll teach me! So I fell off the wagon and gained everything back plus about 10 more pounds! I'm ready to jump right back in and have registered ...

So I fell off the wagon and gained everything back plus about 10 more pounds! I'm ready to jump right back in and have registered for 2 exercise classes this semester along with my regular courses. This will force me to get some workouts in and I know that once I'm doing that, it will motivate me to do even more!

My Program:
Be sensible when it comes to the crap I shove in my mouth.
Do my Yoga and Aerobic Walking for Fitness classes at school (4 days per week) and aim to sneak some more workouts in when I can.
I am being REALISTIC this time! If I'm going to make this happen, it sure as hell won't be overnight! It's going to take a constant effort....and I'm ready for it!
