    Definitely try the free session they offer. My boyfriend thought they'd be focused on trying to get me to pay for future sessions or buy something but it wasn't like that at ALL. Just a bunch of new moves to keep my workouts fresh!
    I love the crockpot recipe thread idea too. I've been having very yummy experiences lately with a variety of spices, whole grains, and veggies. Just gotta find recipes that aren't so high in fiber (eg - no beans!) so I'm not feeling bloated all the time.

    I was afraid of the treadmill at first too...but then I realized I could run 5 mph for 5 minutes, then 5.5 mph, then 6, then I could run a mile, then 2, and you just keep on getting better and getting stronger. It's a very powerful feeling! And nothing better for firming my thighs!! :)
