Hello :) I am a 33 year old mother and wife who is trying to get back into shape. I want to be the me I know I can be. Though I have lost some weight over the years ( I started at 198 lbs) it has been a very slow journey so far. Life seems to always get in the way. I am determined to reach my goal of 125 this year. It is my healthy weight range and will limit my chances of getting diabetes, heart dieases, and many other illnesses that have run their course through my family.

... starting a challenge on Sunday, February 3rd, 21 day, in the "Living Primal in a Modern World"... if you are interested.

Also, are you following the Primal Blueprint or Paleo?... if you are following the Primal Blueprint, Mark includes, dairy (... i.e., heavy cream for coffee, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, etc.). If you are paleo however, none of these are acceptable.

Primal is more doable for me, I am not giving up dairy or cheese, as long as I am not having a problem with it, health-wise.

I had no idea how to get started here, and walked away a few times before I figured this out. So glad I came back, but wished I had spent more time on this site when I first found it.

You CAN do this, and we all can help.

Start clicking on all those drop down menus at the top and learn how the site works, especially the MY TOOLS tab and SPARK POINTS subgroup. This will kick start your success, for sure.
