Get back to the healthy weight

My Program:
I am doing cardio at least 5 days/week, strength training 3 days/week and on a high fiber, high protein, low sugar diet. I'm also trying to add more fruits/veggies into my diet.

(Thats what i will be doing anyway)

Look at us all tied up there on our weightloss for last week! Amazing that we both lost exactly a pound! Can we be matching this coming Monday? Or is Kay ron gonna pull ahead which is how it really SHOULD be ya know....

GURL...you know I'm watching every move you make this week. I hope your don't hold back on eating all you want, whenever you want and there's a new study out PROVING that fast food it the only way to GO!!! Did you read it?

Also...maybe you shouldn't be playing so much tennis. You know you only have so many 'moves' in your body from the day you're hatched out. And tennis is SO active...you might be using up some moves you'll need when you're old like me.

Oh...and about that...you can lay back and totally NOT worry about me beating you on the weight loss challenge that you and I have going cause I'm so old and all. Only makes sense...right?
