For my future...
I have 3 reasons to lose weight. In order of importance, they are: 1. planning on getting pregnant in 2yrs. 2. hoping to have a wedding before that (not engaged yet) 3. nerve pain in my leg due to weight (sharp, shooting pain that feels like a butcher knife slicing through my thigh). Currently on Rx to mask symptoms. Can get off Rx after losing 15-20lbs. This is my body telling me I'm maxed out. I MUST reach my Main Goal before getting pregnant because of this ...

My Goals:
Main Goal - lose 68lbs. --------------------------------- Goal #1 - lose 24lbs. (BMI = overweight) Goal #2 - lose 28lbs. (BMI = normal) Goal #3 - lose 16lbs. (2lbs less than my lowest adult weight)
My Program:
Start off easy in order to make this a lifestyle change. 1. Add walking (500mins/mo.) 2. Track calories (1500/day max.) To be updated as habits are formed.
