Prayers accepted, thanks! I'll take all the help I can get from up above. I will keep you up to date. I was kinda hoping that they would call me today but I guess not, o well.
Sorry you're feelin' sluggish today and trudging through, I know the feeling too well! Chin up, hopefully tomorrow will be better.
Personally I did not sleep at all last nite. First I couldn't get comfortable, then my son yelled out in his sleep and it startled me. I knew it was over then....all the common worries attacked my subconscious and I couldn't shut my mind off.
I tried to sleep after the boys went to school but no luck. Plus they had a half day and were back around 11:30am. I did however manage to nap for about 45 mins this afternoon. I got up and my son and I went for a short walk. Too cold!! BRRRR!!!
It is great chatting with you. I am thinking of you, always. Get some rest when you can. I wish there was something that actually helps with the fatigue. Although, honestly, my doctor put me on Acetyl L carnitine(it's an amino acid) and when I take it faithfully it really seems to help. He says it seems to help some people but not all. He started me out on 500 mg and I really didn't notice much of change, so he changed it to 1000mg, saying that it wouldn't hurt me because my body would expel it if I didn't need it. My insurance doesn't cover it but you can buy it over the counter at just about any drug store, if your interested. I had to stop it for about 2 weeks (couldn't afford it, lol, and it is very cheap! Go figure!) but I realized then that it WAS actually helping me. Without it I was so much more tired.
A common side effect from it is diarrhea but since MS has stalled my ability to have what I would consider a normal BM and constipated me, taking it actually helps me go better.(Too personal?? LOL. I swear between having 2 kids and having MS, I have no modesty! LOL)
Alright, I am over zealous because it works for me! You should make your doctor aware of it if you decide to try it. There may be a reason why it wouldn't be advisable in your case. I wouldn't want to be responsible for anything that may harm you.
Ima gonna go for now...I have bent your ear off!

Just wanted to give you an update. I had my surgery on Tuesday....they removed a lymph node for biopsy and i should know by Monday why they are swollen, etc. But I am doing well, so don't worry. I was thinking about trying some cardio today, (my trusty walk away the pounds tape!). If I do well I will restart my weight training.
I am still doing well with my injections although I did miss a day waiting for my shipment to arrive. There was a mix up and I didn't catch it in time so I went a day without it. At least it wasn't my doin' (for a change, lol!)
With the surgery and having my hubby home "to take care of me" I haven't been good with my diet.
I don't know why but the changes I've made are not cutting my calories enough to lose weight and honestly I love to eat so I CANNOT be tempted at all. One small piece of brownie, ya know just to curb my sweet tooth so I don't feel deprived, almost always leads to another small piece and then I am doomed!
Sometimes I think the only way I will lose weight and keep it off is if I move out!!!!
O,well I am done venting, thanks for listening!! I hope everything is going great for you and I miss chatting with you.
Take care, partner,

Wow, that's great! I knew you'd do it. Yippee! How are you making out with drinking your water? Morning oatmeal? I am so happy for you!
I have been doing great with my injections....and I have been exercising, not as much as I'd like but at least I have started. I usually drink about 8-10 glasses of water a day, most days. I will keep trying.
I am still good during the day with watching the food that enters my mouth, hehe, but it is a struggle at night. My hubby and kids eat things that I shouldn't(they shouldn't either but I can't win over my kids until my husband is on board). I have find things to do while they are munching or my willpower will leave me for a piece of cake! Traitor! LOL
O, well. Good luck and happy eating to you!

I am so sorry you had to deal that nonsense with your poor sick uncle. Of course you got hurt! They know better than that but next time ( I hope there isn't one but if there is) you must make them do the lifting and pulling, they know how to do it without getting hurt. Ooooo, that burns my hide that they took advantage of you like that! I am glad your uncle is feeling better at least. Make sure you rest but not too much or you will get very sore and stiff. I have 2 back injuries in my life, one at work as a Nurse's aid, and the other in a car accident. I know too well how nasty they can be. If you haven't please go see a dr and follow his recommendations. There are so many different ways to injure your back and what you are doing may feel good now but may not feel good in a few weeks/months,etc.
I wish you luck...
Still haven't missed a day with injections, yippee! But I feel like poo! I have gotten my water intake back up to 10 glasses a day, I am doing cardio for 20 mins a day for 5 days and 20 mins of stength training 3x's a week. That's the plan at least....I have accomplished 2 days of it so far! LOL...Counting my chickens before they hatch!
Thinkin' of ya,
