Time to Get Going!
Last summer, with the help of SP, I lost 12 pounds and started exercising. Unfortunately, I gained the weight back over the winter, had a few setbacks with injuries, and slacked off. It's time to get some good food in the fridge and get moving again!

Slowly starting to exercise and paying more attention to what I am eating. Less chocolate and healthier between-meal snacks. Very reduced carbs and only complex carbs.
