My MS diagnosis in January really threw a monkey wrench into my working out. I always wondered why I could work out for a short time and then have to lay up in the bed for a while to get back energy and now I know why. So I was bummed out for a while but I am back on track have lost over 10 pounds so far. Now just to keep that off and keep more coming off is the challenge!

Hi there! Ugh, Fibro has to be the worst, right? I just hate that burning feeling in my back. I did notice that if I stay on track with the BFC, it helps my fibro a little more. What do you think?
