Motivation can be hard!

I have had some fluctuation in my weight my whole life. And not I'm tired of buying fat pants! My work started using this for insurance, so I am doing it on my own since I don't have their insurance. So far, I really like it!

1st goal...check in every day and spin the wheel and track your water drunk for the day. change your status so we know you are here
do some reading on the site.

after 2 weeks add a goal
2nd goal...say 10 minutes of exercise every day and track it....do more reading on the site....make some friends

repeat and repeat emoticon One day at a time, slow but steady!
