Back on the Wagon

I'm Megan. I've fought my weight as long as I can remember, and I have highs and lows, but it likes to settle at the same place - a spot which is still too high. I joined Spark People in mid-May, 2006 to try to finally take off those pesky 15-20 lbs that have followed me around the last few years.

I lost a bunch of weight and then gained a bunch of weight back. And then some. And I thought I could do it on my own, but I'm back to Spark once again, now that I'm at my highest ...

I lost a bunch of weight and then gained a bunch of weight back. And then some. And I thought I could do it on my own, but I'm back to Spark once again, now that I'm at my highest weight ever. I'm in better physical shape, but I'm too chubby for my own good. I'd like to be at my goal weight (or close to it) by my 30th birthday in January.

Hey Megan, thanks for the goodie! I recently got back on SP, because I have gained all the weight I lost and also lost all the muscle I gained! It is definitely a struggle this time around, but I'm trying. How are you doing?
