My Goals:
I hope to reach a short term goal of 2 lbs per week and a long term goal of losing a total of 55 lbs.
My Program:
I plan to eat more natural and raw foods and more lean protein,while working out at least 20 minutes every day.
Personal Information:
I am from ohio and have lived here my entire life minus one summer when i was 17 and moved to davie, florida. I needed a change and moved on my own. It was a great learning experience!
