Soon to be Slim and Sleek

I'm trying to eat healthier and exercise more. I've noticed great changes with pilates and working out at the fitness center 3 - 4 days a week but I want more. I'm very upset I had to go up 2 sizes in my jeans so I have to change something before this becomes a nasty habit. I still feel areas that need to be toned and tightened and I know I have to work a lot harder to get the body I want.

My Goals:
1. Drink 64 oz of water daily.
2. Seriously cut down on between-meal snacking.
3. Replace sugary snacks with fresh fruits and veggies.

My Program:
1. Work out at the fitness center for 3-4 days a week for 1.5 hours.
2. Do Pilates videos (30 minutes minimum) 5 days a week.
