Don't get lost in the crowd...

Wow, it's been about a year since I was on here, how sad. I just read my profile and it seams nothing has changed, I think that's probably more sad. I'll be 29 in 11 days and my life hasn't changed at all, I want to put a stop to that! I still weigh over 200 lbs and its all for lack of trying. I need to get my butt off the couch and back into the gym! I eventually want to see myself down to 165 like I was back in high school, or was it middle school? I want to be able to look in the mirror and ...

I'll be 29 in 11 days and my life hasn't changed at all, I want to put a stop to that! I still weigh over 200 lbs and its all for lack of trying. I need to get my butt off the couch and back into the gym! I eventually want to see myself down to 165 like I was back in high school, or was it middle school? I want to be able to look in the mirror and be happy, not horrified. So here goes my first steps again... i'm joining weight watchers on 2/13 for the 4th time. My bff is doing it with me this time so hopefully I will find the strength to keep going!









My name is Lizz and at 28 years old I weigh over 200 lbs. I've always been a big girl, but it has finally gotten out of hand. 3 years ago I joined Weight Watchers and went from about 240 to 198, I felt great and started having confidence and fun. Well that fun turned into new relationships and going out way too often. Now I'm newly single and back up to 237. Its time for a change. I feel like I've tried everything with little to no results. It's time to go back to what worked. So this Saturday 4/18/09 I will be walking back in to Weight Watchers with a new attitude and new goals!

Typically I enjoy spending time with my friends. I love singing karaoke and taking dance classes. I love relaxing. The color pink always makes me smile.

I've finally decided to set up some goals and rewards. Ultimately I'd like to see myself down around 165. Therefore I have approximately 70 lbs to lose. That number seems so large and scary, but I'm finally motivated to do it! My roommate and I are moving out June 1st and I'd love to be able to throw some of my "fat clothes" out!

So hear goes... (i'm lacking creativity....)

5lbs lost- new big summer bag

Other Information:
I'm a big fan of the color pink. I love Boston sports. I love comedy, action, and suspense movies over chick flicks. I try to read a book a week, big fan of Janet Evanovich and a lot of the vampire series. I'm a big fan of the "acronym tv shows" NCIS, NCIS LA, CSI, CSI NY. I have a soft spot for reality tv.

Hi! I see we have similar start weights and we're about the same now. I saw you need accountablity; and so do I!

Also, this is about my 5th time on spark, I'm seriously hoping I can do it this time.

How was your weigh in today? I did WW for like, 10 minutes. I didn't have my heart in it. Did you want to be accountability buddies? If Sat. and Sun. don't work good for ya', I'm up for any day! I usually check in at the end of the day so I can give a full accurate report :) Hope you are enjoying your weekend!!
