My Goals:
1. To be in my ideal weight range

2. To have a waist measurement under 30ins

3. To fit in UK size 10 clothes

4. To live a more active lifestyle

5. To have a healthy relationship with food


My Program:
Sometimes I count calories, sometimes not, it works but I have to be careful not to obsess and take them too low.

When I'm counting I stick to around 1300-1800 per day and I keep within my spark ranges, making sure I have enough protein and healthy FATS too!

No exercise at the moment, when I was getting fit I did a lot and loved it, so I'd like to get moving again.

Personal Information:
I live in the UK with my 2 teenage children.

I'm 5'3'' so it's hard to hide the flab.

I like to see the positive in life and in me :-)
