    The greatest piece of advice that I have to give you is make the base of your food pyramid vegetables and fruits-in that order-instead of starch/grains. Whole grains ARE good for you but vegetables are so much better. When I eat them, I am fuller faster and stay full longer. When I have processed foods, I find myself craving them more, and getting hungry more. It takes a little while to not crave sugar so much, as our body does need SOME sugar, such as that in fresh fruits.
    Eat non-processed foods as much as humanly possible. Frequent the public/farmers markets in your area. Drink enough water.
    If you have Netflix, watch "Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead" and "Hungry for Change"...It didn't turn me into a juicer, but I sure do make sure I get my veggies, fruits, and other plants!!!
