My Goals:
Already a healthy weight, my current goal is to get into shape, and become well toned and strong.

My Program:
Fitness: Zumba, Swimming, and group power at the local YMCA. Yoga videos with Tara Stiles, and ZWOW's with Zuzka Light at home. Recreational biking, jogging, and hula hooping.

Food: Eat local as often as possible. Avoid processed sugars, flours. Lots of fruits, vegetables and water.

Personal Information:
From Atlantic Canada. I am taking Computer Science at University. Started loosing weight in 2010 when I was my heaviest at 180 Lbs after a loved one commented on my weight. Fueled with fury and not done becoming the better me yet!
