My Goals:
Goal Weight-150

Goals for July:

1. Get out of the 190's.

2. Make an exercise schedule and stick to it!

3. Continue to work the 12 Power Foods.

4. Be able to wear the outfit I have chosen for the family reunion on July 31st.

Long-Term Goals:

1. Lose at least 35 pounds.

2. Set and maintain healthy eating habits.

3. Set and maintain a routine exercise plan.

4. Fit into that size 8 little black dress that has been hanging at the back of my closet for years!

My Program:
I am tracking every bite I eat, using the Nutrition Tracker. I had used the Abs Diet plan previously, but I never stuck to the program long enough to lose more than a few pounds. Maybe it was the lack of support or accountability-I have a hard time losing weight on my own. SparkPeople provides such great motiviation and tools and I was thrilled to find an Abs Diet SparkTeam. I think that the combination of the two will help me to succeed.

Personal Information:
I am 39 years old, and I have been married to a wonderful man for the last 15 years. We have no kids, but we have a yellow lab that is spoiled rotten.

Other Information:
Hobbies-Golf, tennis, cooking, reading, crossword puzzles, spending time with family and friends.

Weekends are tough, everyone is home, and all they want to dois eat. The healthy eating is good, once I really detoxify from all the fat,salt and sugar, when I eat it or over eat it taste bad or is uncomfortable. I love fruits and Veggies. How about you? When do find time to exercise? Have you tried and of the Spark recipes, Some are really good! emoticon I am glad you are here !

Thank you for commenting on my blog. It can be super frustrating to not be able to find what you need to eat healthier. I can't imagine living in a small town that had even less selection than here. (I just thought - I live in Chicago...you would think that they groceries would carry the popular name stuff). I might try whole foods ... see if they have the items.
