So the best thing SP offers me is a way to stay accountable and see my progress over time. It helps keep me healthy and focused on trimming the "Vanity pounds!" I also enjoy reading the huge success stories of people who had SO far to go and stuck with it to the very end!!

My Goals:
My goals are to tighten up my tummy! And lose about 8 lbs. Maybe if I can get to 122 I'll reset my goal for 118, but I haven't seen that weight in a verrry long time. :) hehe (I'm 5'4", but I have a naturally muscular build for a girl)

My Program:
Taking it one week at a time - eating right, going to the gym 3-4 days a week to do cardio and weights. In addition to hiking with my dog on nice days. ;)
