I came across this site about 4 years ago and it truly made an impact in my journey to becoming my dream weight. Unfortunately I cannot seem to multi-task college and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, so I'm back at it again! I am going to take it very slow until I finish college in August, then it's time to work hard! I lost weight entirely too fast last time and could not keep up the lifestyle. I am definitely going to make gradual changes this time in hopes to finally keep the weight off!

I have always been considered one of the "pleasantly plump" and have tried to lose weight, but always seem to gain it back...but this time IM SERIOUS. I've seen so many people on here who have achieved a goal that I have set forth for myself, and I believe this time it's my turn. I'm hoping with the support of the people I meet on here, I will be able to continue to lose weight and meet my goal, as well as live a healthy lifestyle.

I'm extremely easy to get along with and love meeting new people, so if you would like to be friends and strive down this path together, I would love the company. Feel free to leave me a message if you'd like to know more! =)

-No beverages besides water/tea
-Portion control
-No more sweets
-Eat alot of fruits/veggies
-Work out atleast 5 days a week
-For the most part, eat healthier and work out more
