Thanks for your comment on my Blog. I didn't feel as sore this morning as I thought I would. I managed to wake up and do my run for C25K, and Day 2 of 30 Day Shred.
I saw on your page that you have hypothyroidism, too. I was diagnosed in May and became so discouraged by all the posts about how difficult it is to lose weight with this disease. I decided I was going to beat hypothyroidism, not let it beat me.
It's never too early to set a healthy course.
