The Year Ahead!

The past year has been a whirlwind moving to a new state and beginning construction of our home. Not only did we relocate 450 miles south but we went from a metropolitan suburb to a rural farm.

It's been a year of stagnation to an uptick of nearly 15 pounds but I'm ready to push hard into the new year. Our house should be complete in April/May and not only will I have more free time but I will have my own Fitness Room. I have missed my elliptical, treadmill and bike!

I've not yet settled on what I'm going to do as an accountability group but I am going to do "something". I'm leaning with using my blog space to stay accountable and hopefully encourage/inspire someone else to do the same.

Still PRESSING ON!

More work for you but remember - you have "moving boxes" to put into your fitness tracker every day! Sure hope you stay calm and get some down-time soon!

Just like you, I am returning to the beginning of my SP journey and reading the trackers for food and trying to use some of that with what I have learned from the BLC and BTS. I sure will miss the Pirates this fall, but 2 hours on a Sunday is not enough time to devote to the team. Hopefully I can return next year. In the meantime, stay healthy and lift those boxes!

I am so behind and just HAD to come and see what's up when I saw the moving van on your FB. Building your forever home on a farm? HUGE changes. What great fun! Another state? Where are you now? So exciting! As to your being not down QUITE as far, just look where you've come and how many you inspire every single day! emoticon emoticon

I love your list. I so understand not wanting to have to buy new clothes b/c I also gave my old, "big" clothes away. Also, I want your DH to be proud of you, but I want YOU to be proud of YOU! YAY to the sleevelessness in public. I don't think I'll ever get there, but it is a very admirable reason for your list. All my love and support and you work your weigh down your list. xo
