Hey there . I just wanted to stop by and cheer you on. I know that this "weight loss" gets hard but trust me it is worth it. We all have days (heck sometimes even weeks) that we are just not with it 100% but don't let those times out weigh the good days. Track your food (even on bad days) drink your water and get in some kind of fitness. Push yourself harder every chance you get and you will see results.
