Yay! How great your FitBit finally arrived. I love mine... mostly because it's such a habit to put it on in the morning, whether I'm doing good with my fitness plan or not. That way, when I finally shake myself out of a slump, all the data is right at my fingertips! Love it. :)

hey!!! I love the program- I am going into week 3 tomorrow- I am doing an online community journal- go check it out... another gal is also posting in my journal- cuz she is doing it too and SHE also has a community journal- so check hers out too!

I lost 3 lbs the 1st week and 2.5 the 2nd week- I hope to lose another 2 lbs this week...

I ate 20-30 grams of carbs a day- net carbs is what your actually supposed to count- so your cabrs - fiber = net carbs- so I am sure you are actually eating less carbs then you think!!!

I dont think your allowed to eat cottage cheese until the 2nd week of the program... :)

I am impressed by this program- you will be too. I ordered the book from the library- and then ordered it from amazon- so now I am waiting for mine to get here-

the 1st week - carb deplete - is hardest- but once you get thru it- everything else seems easy... I am happy now to have SOME carbs- really its the veggies I wanna eat - I dont miss the breads and such.

I did south beach once- and I lost a lot of weight in the begining- but then would gain it back once I ate normal... but with this program- even when I added the carbs I STILL LOST WEIGHT!!! Thast amazing!!!
