What is life without taking chances?

I'm a SSG in the USAF and loving life. I have the greatest husband in the entire world who a PL for a RC Company (Army). I am on the fast track to recreate myself. I did it once and I can do it again!



Physical Fitness is the only thing you can do for yourself. When everyone else demands your time, take some time for yourself. It's not easy, it was never meant to be.

My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pounds.

I want to like what I see in the mirror.


I wanna feel "hott" in whatever I am wearing.

My Program:
I used to have an intense 6 day lifting program combined with a 7 day cardio program that has helped me achieve the results I desire.

Personal Information:


**December of 2006 I weighed 160 pounds, and after 4 months of a strict diet and working out, I lost 25 pounds**

I got a little off track and now I am doing everything I can to get back to where I want to be!

Other Information:
I like to laugh entirely too much. It's never too late, too early or too cold to eat ice cream; ice cream is one of life's simple pleasures. You have to enjoy life to be happy about who you are. Hardwork and determination will give you what you want and how you want. Never settle for second best!

What are your goals now for your third year? emoticon Do you realize that most people who joined when you did have long since quit and resolved to stay fat? Do read "Shrink Yourself" by Roger Gould, M.D. on dealing with stress and how not to regain the pounds. Also, read "The South Beach Diet" by Arthur Agatston, M.D. on Metabolic Syndrome/Insulin Resistance as he explains why belly fat is so awful for us and how to change our metabolism.
