My Goals:
want to get to 55.3 kilos /112 pounds. I want to have a flatter stomach.

My Program:
since the start of 2011. I have decided to start eating healthy. I am eating fruit, veggies, grains,pulses,nut, dairy, meat & allowing fried foods. I am Not eating deep fried foods,I think deep fried is much worse then deep fried, if I cut out both, There would not be much i could eat. I am cutting out junk food & having soft drinks. For drinks will be fruit juice, water, smoothies, up n Go's. I will treat myself to a 99% fat free snack at the last day of every month/ have something un-healthy for that day. It is the 6/1/2011 as I am writing this . I have not tried this diet before. For exercise I want to walk 30 mins a day but due to health issues it can be hard as have heart condition. I want to look and feel g8 about myself and look good for my hubby.

Weekend Fruit Challenge
Eat 2 pieces of fruit each day over the weekend. It is a great way to have meet our nutritional needs and also helps with sugar cravings.
