Starting Over Again

Working hard to find myself after a difficult breakup and find my body. I let my body go years ago and now I don't look or feel like I belong here. I am a Christian and I am becoming very into my church. I believe that with God on my side I can do anything!! {thru Christ all things are possible} I am wanting to get down to 130lbs by Jan 1, 2015. I want to be able to look in the mirror at my whole body again. I want to feel good naked with a partner and feel sexy no matter what!

I work in food service and the home health care field and want to go back to school to become a counselor. I have to change who I am and what I have become if I want my patients to do the same.

Looking for others close to Thorntown, IN to workout with and keep motivated!! I am always looking for new friends!!

I LOVE the Atkins Diet, and I am excited that you have joined the team. So Welcome, welcome, welcome! I hope you become an active member so that we all can enjoy your company! It is gonna be slow going getting started --the team has no leader, and it IS January after all -- but with some enthusiasm shown by all the new members, we can really make it happen and get close and be supportive - or make the weight go away; I am good with that!

Incidentally, there are a few long time active members (I am one), so there is good support out there to be had for the asking. Again, welcome and glad to have you!

You've simply got to establish a connection, even a dial-up, so you can interact each day. Once that happens, use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.
