Just turned 50 and still sparking!

This time I am trying to do some things different, after years of up and down weight gain, I want to make this a life style change. One March 13 I went to my first Hot Yoga class. I hated it but loved it at the same time so I went back. Now I just love it. I lost 6 pounds the first week. It has been slower since then. I have lost 14 total in 3 months. I have found exercise that I love and I am loving myself enough to do it.

It is helping me lead a balanced healthy life, bringing me awareness of what I eat. What goes in.

Also bringing balance to my stress levels and my vocabulary that I use with myself.

Doing something different. Joining teams, changing my life!

(Since I added this I have changed one more big thing, I don't weigh anymore, I am eating healthy to eat healthy and it is working)
