I've heard about the Paleo Diet and blood type diet. I've never looked into it but I heard people here on Sparks talking about it.
I want to get back into eating RAW and incorporating a Vegan cooked meal at least 1 a day. I've been thinking of staying away from Gluten just because not that I can't have it but P90X founder says to stay away from it all together.
I want to get P90X2 and I've purchased Zuzanalight's DVD's she was the founder of Bodyrocktv.com but the couple has split and she launched her own website and has her DVD's.
Her exercises are 12 minutes long but equivalent to 45-1hr of cardio. They are high energy and intense. Let's say Calisthenics like burpies, pushes with some yoga combo floor exercise moves.
I get even get through (1) 15 minute session t they kick my butt. I'm still trying to get back into it but something always gets me down. I'm not giving up I only gained 10 lbs. but I have to build up my muscle which is my frustration. I need to change my eating habits back to mostly raw again and then I think I can do it.
I have some unassigned days at work at the end of March and 1 month in July so I'm hoping that during this month and by July I'll be where I want to be, that's my goal.
I'll probably be doing P90X and Zuzana light and/or Jillian Michael's DVD's to get back on track.
I always gain a lot of weight while pregnant and get up into the 200's everytime LOL I lose it after, just takes a lot of hard work. I have been around 190-205 after every single kid. I have noticed it is harder to lose each time for me as well. But I am going to do it, I know it!
