My Goals:
My goal is to get down to 8stone and stay there give or take a couple of lbs.

My Program:
I am having a meal replacement shake for breakfast & dinner and then a healthy low calorie meal for tea. I drink alot of coffee in the day. Can only drink water if it's fizzy, cold and flavoured lol hate still or tap water.

Personal Information:
I'm 27, 5'1, chestnut coloured hair, brown eyes, married with 5 children. Live in the Isle Of Man which is a small island in middle of the Irish sea.

Other Information:
My favorite movie is The Notebook, I've watched it so many times and it always make me cry like a baby. I am a big fan of Nicholas Sparks I think his work is brilliant. Love most types of music and love to read, can't beat sitting down with a good book.

I fit in my workout last night after I put my son to bed. I did 30 minutes of workout. I haven't been seeing any weight lose though. Just keep telling yourself to keep up the good work. I wish you luck! emoticon
