To take part in a regular physical fitness program with a daily exercise routine, supplemented by other activities I enjoy depending on the season.

To spend money on necessary needs, avoiding wasteful spending .

I am a Breast Cancer survivor who has found the courage to win! I find strength in my vision for a full, active and healthy life after breast cancer.
My name is Ingrid,or you may also call me Inga. I am the mom of three awesome kids. I participate in many outdoor activities. I enjoy hiking, going to the beach, playing tennis and gardening. I have been a Sunday School Teacher since 1990 and I love working with kids. I've done other volunteering as a Room Mom, Brownie Leader, Sunday School Children's Choir Director, these have made my life a joy. I have been blessed by working with children all these years. I joined various Spark groups to reflect me, and my interests.
I have a nice little dog, a rat terrier named Sadie. I enjoy country music and going to concerts. I am happy to meet new friends here
and make progress on a healthy new me. When I first began losing weight in 2002, I weighed 195 lbs, I lost almost 60 lbs and with the help of SP I will keep these last few pounds off and become a healthier me!

I have enjoyed singing since age 5 when I joined a Swedish choir, I have loved music ever since then. I love to sing to Reba McEntire, who is one of my favoriite country singers. I lost almost 60 lbs in 2002, and I want to maintain that weight loss after having breast cancer 3x's. I enjoy watching animated films and
love all the Disney classics. I am crazy about Alfred Hitchcock movies, someof my favorites are: Psycho, The Birds, Rear Window, and Marnie. I especially like Tippy Hedron in these movies.
Country and Bluegrass
The best concert I've seen in recent years has been Keith Urban, he is so full of energy, amazing!
Other Favorites include Gretchen Wilson Dolly Parton, ShaniaTwain, Sugarland, Trace Adkins, Alan Jackson, Faith Hill, Tim McGraw Toby Keith, Taylor Swift and Randy Travis. Favorite Athletes:
