Hi! My name is Heather. I've been trying to lose weight for a LONG time. I started getting serious in 2004. Let me tell you. I would wake up at 4am and go to the gym before work. It was so nice to get the exercise out of the way. I think I lost like 25 lbs that year. Then in 2005 I got pg with my son Connor. I reached my all time high of 230 lbs when I gave birth to him in November 2005. I started getting serious in February 2006 again. I SMOKED in 2006. It took me 9 months to reach my pre-pregnancy weight but then again, I also gained 60 lbs when I was pg with him! All in all I lost 50 lbs in 2006.

Fastforward to 2007. I was at my lowest weight since BEFORE I got married! And guess what? YUP, I got pg again. =) This time with twin girls. I had them in November 2007 (what can I say November is a good month!). I was really good during my pg this time (yeah right! I could hardly eat since they were both pushing on my stomach so it wasn't so much me it was them!). I got up to 209 lbs this time but I lost all but 15 lbs within weeks of having them. Now I can even update what I did in 2008 because it wasn't very much. =( I lost a whopping 1.3 lbs. UGH! If I was at goal that would be cool! But NOT now. I need to lose 50 lbs. I CAN and WILL do this!!!

Update September 2010:

Well I'm still struggling. But I'm hanging in there! It's time to get back to basics. How sad the last time I updated my spark page I was in the 150s. Now I'm in the 170's again. UGH. But I going to get back there!!!

Fitness Minutes: 2,835

My Goals:
1. Exercise 4 times a week.
2. Meal plan every week.
3. Journal every day!
4. Drink 64 ozs of water each day.

My Program:
I used WWs in the past but I'm going to count calories this time with the help of Spark People. It's opening my eyes up to how much fat, carbs, fiber etc I'm getting each day!!

Personal Information:
We LOVE to go camping (in a motorhome of course!) and go at least once a month. I love to scrapbook.

Other Information:
My Plan of Attack:

1. Run 4 times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday
2. Strength Train 3 times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
3. FINALLY use my gym membership at least ONCE a month.
4. Journal 7 days a week
5. Stay within my calorie range 6 out of 7 days.
6. Drink a minimum of 64 ozs of water 7 days.
