If you are used to plain milk, try So Delicious Coconut Creamer. It doesn't taste at all like coconut and I actually prefer it now. I tried some milk over the holiday and threw the cup out I didn't like it.
If I need breakfast to travel, I make hard boiled or deviled eggs and then have some tomatoes and maybe a fruit with them. Or, egg salad wrapped in ham and Bibb lettuce. I have also made sausage patties ahead or bacon to add to breakfast.
You really can do this with minimal time spent. I use my crockpots a lot to do meats for things like salads, pulled pork, taco salad, stews, soups...You can also use shortcuts like cooked seafood. It is a matter of planning too, and doing a little batch cooking ahead. I also plan ahead for an extra1-2 portions of dinner for lunch and if we are especially hungry. Hope this helps! 1639 days ago
Thanks for the blog comment! Breakfast is going to be about 4 eggs and 6 oz. of meat. If I do less meat, I have to add egg whites to make it up. I just played with the usual bacon, sausage and ham in the tracker but may try some ground beef as well. I will have to make this stuff ahead, so I better figure it out!
