Not so hopeless anymore!

Hello everyone, I'm just trying this diet program to see if i could lose weight. I hope this program will work for me. It's worth a try! :-) I wrote this back in 2006 but things came up. Hello everyone, I'm just trying this diet program to see if i could lose weight. I hope this program will work for me. It's worth a try! :-) I wrote this back in 2006 but things came up. In the time from then till now I got pregnant and I am trying to lose the baby fat. It's hard to do, when you have so much to keep you busy. I have three wonderful kid's that take up most of my time. Not to mention all the little snacks they want during the day. ( Oh, did I mention I have a sweet tooth.) lol. Well I've tried diet's before but never keep up with it. I just can't seem to get it together. It seems like one minute I'm doing great and the next I'm having ice cream with the kids. I once went from 200 to 135 in like 8 months, well this is back when I was 23 now I'm 28. I guess you can say I'm a stress eater, A problem comes up and what do you know I gain 10pd. Well this is a little about what I am trying to do to lose weight.

My Goals:
I am currently at 200 and would like to be at 130 or 127.

I am now 193 and trying to go to 185

I am now 170 and trying to get to 145-150

My Program:
I've tried walking every morning for 1hr. and sit ups at night for 30min.

Now I walk ever afternoon and still do sit ups at night.

Personal Information:
I am from Florida, and I have been here almost all my life. I use to live in Puerto Rico when I was little but once I came to Florida I stayed here.


Other Information:
I have recently been getting by with exercise, watching Gilad I think this dude is great. He makes you want to keep up the good work. I find this as motivation for me. Hey what ever works, right.
