Just Lose It

I have been over weight over the last few years and am tired of being tired all the time. When I was younger I had six pack abs, defined muscles in my arms and legs, and worked out all the time (military vet). Since being discharged from the military for adult onset seizures, I have become less active and gained weight. Now I am on the couch all the time and use school as my excuse, it's time to make a change!

I noticed that you were in the military & quite possibly will be returning. Thank you for your service & your fellow servicemen/women. I am very grateful for all that you do!

In Sept. I will be participating in the Tough Mudder here in WI for the 2nd time, which benefits the Wounded Warrior Project - truly a challenging day participating & then the 2nd day I volunteer & work alongside some pretty neat people! Hats off to you!
