Welcome to my page! As long as I can remember, I have had weight issues. In my early 20's I was at my lowest weight, but have since gained, lost, regained some of it back. Now I am in my 40's and find it even harder to lose the extra weight. I'm am determined though and am not giving up!

I hope to lose 1 lb. per week until I reach my goal of 150.

My Program:
To exercise 4-6 times per week, with aerobics being each day and strength training 2-3 days. Also to watch portions, calories and carbs to a degree.
