Hi, this is not the message I read before but I saw you said that you could not drink milk. My daughter does not either, I love it but it does contain an amount of sugar.
The reason I am writing is, I wondered if you saw the others talking about different things you can use for milk. Just this morning I made my hot quinoa cereal with almond milk. Of course it is not milk but is a substitute for real milk. There is almond, coconut (our favorite) quinoa, oat and others I can't think of. We use them when we cook or bake and in smoothies. Just look to see that there is no sugar in them or a tiny bit. Some are found where the milk is others are in cardboard containers and are not refrigerated until you open them. We like them as they fit in our crowded fridge easier.
