I came to Spark for healthy living and I found it. I also found a lot of great people to chat with. I was getting friends from far and wide and I felt bad if someone friended me I just had to reciprocate. I watered down my activity on this Maine TEAM. I miss a lot of people and that saddens me. I hope there are some of you out there who would like to participate once again. If you are out there think about participating in our Team. I am hoping to make it a bit more of a priority. I checked in on my conditions teams often I am doing well and alas I participated too little with the team I first joined. I blog often and my page is never private but I cannot keep on friending people because there are too many to keep up with. I do not want thousands of friends who only give me emoticons. I would like to chat on a regular basis as it used to be before. hopefully someone might read it. Pat in Augusta Maine.
